This 390L temperature cycling test chamber is designed for components in electronics, automotive, aerospace, metals, and other industries. It conducts temperature cycling, thermal shock, and reliability tests to evaluate product performance for design validation, improvement, and quality inspection. Featuring air-cooled technology, it achieves a linear heating and cooling rate of ≥3℃/min across the entire range of -15℃ to +90℃ and +90℃ to -15℃ respectively, under loaded conditions.

390L Programmable Cycling Chamber for Material Testing
1. This temperature cycling chamber adopts an advanced and reasonable structure design, with supporting parts and functional components reaching international advanced levels. It meets users’ processing and production requirements, and is easy to operate and maintain with long service life and attractive appearance. A user-friendly interface ensures simple and intuitive operation and monitoring.
2. This chamber applies temperature stress and enables rapid transition between set temperature points (temperature range: -15℃ to +90℃, heating rate: 3℃/min). It consists of refrigeration system, heating system, control system, air circulation system and sensor system.
3. With a wide temperature control range, it provides: rapid high/low temperature change tests, single or repeated cycling tests, as well as independent low-temperature (ultra-low temperature) and high-temperature tests.
4. The inner chamber is made of SUS304 stainless steel, and the outer chamber uses baked cold-rolled steel plate with anti-rust coating, making the chamber sturdy and durable.
5. The control system is specially designed for temperature cycling tests, featuring strong expandability, simple operation, precise control, high stability and reliability.
Refrigeration System:
The air supply mode inside the test chamber adopts an upper air supply and lower return air cooling system.
Refrigeration System and Compressor: To ensure the test chamber’s cooling rate and minimum temperature requirements, this chamber is equipped with a binary cascade air-cooled refrigeration system driven by Taikang hermetic compressors. The cascade refrigeration system consists of a high-temperature refrigeration cycle and a low-temperature refrigeration cycle, connected by an evaporative condenser, which also serves as the energy transfer medium. Heat from the working chamber is removed via the two-stage refrigeration system to achieve the target temperature.
The refrigeration system design incorporates energy regulation technology, an effective solution that ensures stable and normal operation of the refrigeration unit. This reduces the operating cost and failure rate of the refrigeration system to an economically optimal level.
